Refund handling follows the checkout platform's rules and applicable law. Because source packages are downloadable digital goods, change-of-mind refunds after successful delivery may be limited where permitted. Duplicate charges, failed/corrupt delivery, or a package materially not delivered as described should be reported through the purchase platform so the issue can be reviewed.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
